Dance Connection Camp

There is nothing better than to meet new friends and spend time together dancing, training, travelling and learning new skills. This is exactly what Dance Connection Camp participants have been doing in August 2021: about one hundred young people and children from more than eighteen different cities across Russia gathered for one week together in Razdolye, Pskov, to have lots of fun.

Activities

In camp children and young people could choose various workshops they could go to: breaking, hip hop, musicality, condition training, project management and grant application writing. Usually, participants took part in two two-hours workshops a day and an open training.

During eight days of the camp, young people and children enjoyed master classes with the best dancers in Russia and Finland, trained together, travelled around Pskov, took part in team building activities, danced on their free time, made new friends and learnt how to put own dance project together.

After dinner activities included disco, battles, pep-talks with instructors and barbecue. Each after dinner activity was led by one of the invited instructors, hence bringing his or her flavour into the group.

Every day participant had workshops, jams and cultural program. Participants had a chance to learn from one of the best dancers known around the world:
